| 제품소개 qPCRBIO SyGreen 1-Step kit는 하나의 PCR tube 내에서 cDNA 합성과 real-time PCR이 가능하도록 최적화 시킨 제품입니다. 이 제품은 열에 안정한 modified MMLV reverse transcriptase와 hot start polymerase, dNTPs, buffer, MgCl2, intercalating dye를 최적의 조건으로 혼합 한 제품입니다. 본 제품은 2가지로 구성 되는데, qPCRBIO SyGreen 1-Step Detect kit는 low copy number target에 대한 매우 높은 민감도를 갖도록 디자인 되었고, qPCRBIO SyGreen 1-Step Go kit는 높은 template 농도로부터 빠르고 정확한 결과를 얻도록 하였습니다. |

Comparison of qPCRBIO SyGreen 1-Step Go (purple) against competitor Bioline
(blue). Shows amplification traces of the ACTG1 gene from a dilution series of total RNA extracted from mouse liver. Total RNA concentration varied from 25pg to 250ng per 20μl reaction. Cycling conditions were 45°C 10min for cDNA synthesis, followed by 95°C 2min hot start, then 45 cycles of 95°C 10sec, 60°C 10sec on Roche LC480. qPCRBIO SyGreen 1-Step Go had equal performance at high RNA concentrations and superior performance at lower RNA concentrations, displaying linear spacing between amplification curves, earlier amplification by 3–4 cycles, and lower prevalence of primer dimer. | |
