UltraScript 2.0 역전사 효소는 견고하고 고열 안정성을 지닌 변형된 MMLV 역전사 효소로서 GC가 풍부하고 낮은 농도의 템플릿을 포함하여 광범위한 RNA 샘플 유형으로부터 탁월한 cDNA 합성 속도와 높은 수율을 얻기 위해 설계되었습니다.
