제품 소개
Pulsed-Field gel Electropho resis(PFGE)는 거대 DNA를 분리할 수 있도록 고안된 획기적인 전기영동법입니다. 기존의 방법으로는 20~40 kb까지의 DNA 단편 밖에 분리/해석할 수 없었지만, PFGE에 의해서 100bp~6Mb에 이르는 DNA 단편의 분리/해석이 가능해 현재는 chromosome DNA, Genomic library, transgenic analysis 등의 연구에 활용되고 있습니다.
The JY series Pulsed Field Electrophoresis는 pulsed field power, 온도조절 센서가 달린 electrophoresis cell, gel caster로 구성됩니다.
