Bead Mill Nucleic Acid Purification Kits
Omni Bead Mill 핵산정제키트는 Omni Bead Ruptor를 사용하여 토양, 대변, 세균세포, 곰팡이 세포 또는 조직에서 DNA 또는 RNA를 추출하도록 설계되었습니다.
Spin-column capture columns, pre-filled bead beating tubes 및 비독성시약으로 구성되어 있으며, Bead milling에 최적화 된 시약들은 고품질의 DNA와 RNA를 높은 수율로 추출 해 주고, Next Generation Sequencing and enzyme digestions과 같은 다양한 어플리케이션에 사용할 수 있습니다.
APPLICATION DATA
• PCR PRODUCTS OBTAINED FROM DNA ISOLATION OF S. CEREVISIAE
DNA was purified from Saccharomyces cerevisiae using the Omni Bead Mill Fungal DNA Purification Kit (Cat# 26-009B). PCR targeted a conserved 450 bp region of the 18S gene.
• HIGH QUALITY RNA PURIFIED FROM BACILLUS CEREUS CELLS
RNA was purified from B. cereus cells using the Omni Bead Mill bacterial RNA purification kit (Cat# 26-008B). RNA was analyzed on a 1% argarose gel and stained with ethidium Bromide (EtBR).
• HIGH QUALITY DNA OBTAINED FROM BACTERIA AND TISSUES
Genomic DNA was purified 30mg rat brain, 100μl whole rat blood and saccharomyces cerevisiae cells using the Bead Mill Yeast and Tissue DNA Purification kits. DNA was analyzed on a 1% angarose/EtBr gel. (Cat# 26-009B, 26-010B)
